Orchestrated high-level meetings by managing complex executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, and partnering with Executive Assistants to maximize participation and productivity
Developed a quarterly three-month (Month 1 to Month 3) MORS schedule tracker to streamline preparation and ensure timely submission of premails and materials for CEO and SET review.
Enhanced executive concentration by expertly triaging communications, thereby minimizing superfluous interruptions and enabling a dedicated focus on paramount strategic initiatives.
Successfully spearheaded the planning and execution of large-scale events, including the inaugural Group Functions and Enterprise Decision Support (EDS) hybrid Town Hall, which engaged over 450 attendees (250 in-person and 200+ virtual).   • Joined Marie Herman study group Online to continue my preparation for the CAP exam in May.

  • Took the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification exam.
  • Successfully compiled and completed five Phase I and Phase II Reports for Engineer to submit to client with various properties across Ontario.
  • Implement Change Management Processes to train and support staff for iConnect Portal Launch.

June 2019

  • Received my Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential.
  • Successfully planned, executed, and championed all the details for the launch and training of management and staff for iConnect Project Portal.

July – December 2019

  • Joined Marie Herman PowerPoint study group to learn more detailed information about the software.
  • Successfully completed and submitted Request for Proposal (RFP) for Potential Redevelopment of a Property for a client in Brampton, Ontario.
  • Assisted Health and Safety Team (HSE) in planning, organizing and preparing all the details for company’s first COR Connections Staff Meeting for COR Certification 2019.
